CCT optical sorting machines and inspection systems

Cinco Industries supplies CCT equipment in North America, with parts and service support.

CCT optical sorting machines use different configurations to present and inspect parts. The right setup depends on how a part can be fed and held, which characteristics must be checked, and the production requirements. Cinco Industries can review a part drawing or sample details with you before recommending a configuration. Return to sorting and inspection equipment.

Choose a configuration by part handling

Glass-plate systems

Preliminary guidance describes this configuration for parts that can sit steadily on a glass surface, such as nuts and some flat-head screws. Confirm part stability, required views, inspection targets and the current CCT model.

Continuous plate systems

Available exhibitor information describes this general configuration for parts that can hang from a plate during continuous movement, with possible checks including thread damage, bending and hole depth. Confirm the current model, part fit and available inspection functions with CCT.

Intermittent plate systems

Available exhibitor information describes this general configuration for parts that can hang from a plate in an intermittent inspection cycle, with possible checks including line cracks, bending and surface defects. Confirm the current model and test scope with CCT.

Material or hardness inspection

CCT exhibitor information lists equipment for checking material and hardness. Contact Cinco with the material, part geometry and test requirement so CCT can confirm the appropriate system and supported test method.

Initial selection guidance

  • If a part sits stably on a flat surface, discuss a glass-plate configuration and confirm dimensions, stability, orientation, inspected surfaces and available views.
  • If a part can hang from a plate, discuss continuous or intermittent configurations and confirm part retention, cycle, inspected surfaces and defect definitions.
  • For material or hardness evaluation, confirm the test method, material range, sample preparation, acceptance criteria and current model.
  • If the part does not fit these presentations, request an application review before choosing a machine.

This is preliminary selection guidance based on available exhibitor information, not a confirmed CCT model specification. Confirm current models, availability, fit and inspection limits before quoting.

What to send for an application review

  • Part drawing or representative sample details
  • Part material and dimensions
  • Defect or feature to inspect, with examples when available
  • Required inspection views and acceptance criteria
  • Current and target production rates
  • Existing feeding, handling or downstream equipment
  • North American installation location

Equipment, parts and service inquiries

Equipment

For an equipment review and quote, send a drawing or sample description and the inspection requirement.

Parts

For a CCT parts request, provide the machine model and serial number, part number or photo, quantity and ship-to location.

Service

For service, provide the machine model and serial number, site location, symptoms, fault images if available, and production downtime or urgency.

Dedicated equipment, parts and service inquiry paths still need confirmation before this draft is ready to publish.
