Dong Il counter-flow rolling machines for splined parts and gear-type shafts, with rolled diameters from 20 to 50 mm. Options include two-way rolling and an auto-loader. Supplied by Cinco Industries.
Six DCF models cover rolled diameters from 20 to 50 mm and spline modules up to 1.75.

The six models step up with the size of the part. Rolled diameter runs from 20 mm on the DCF-400 to 30 mm on the DCF-600, 37 mm on the DCF-750, 45 mm on the DCF-1000, and 50 mm on both the DCF-1100 and DCF-1200. Spline maximum module is 1.0 on the DCF-400, 1.5 on the DCF-600 through DCF-1100, and 1.75 on the DCF-1200.
Maximum die length grows from 410 mm to 1,220 mm and machine weight from 3.5 to 12 tons, so check the space and floor loading for the model you are considering.
