Oil-pressure 2-die thread rolling machines from 15 to 100 tons for general screws, worm screws, serrations, knurling and burnishing. Supplied in North America by Cinco Industries.
Eight DIR models cover 15 to 100 tons of rolling force. All are oil-pressure machines with a maximum elongation of 10%.

Match the model to the part. The DIR-15 suits general screws, small precise screws, small worm screws and knurling. The DIR-20 and DIR-30 add worm screws, serrations, knurling and burnishing. The DIR-40 and larger models roll worm screws, TM screws, stopper screws and all kinds of screws.
Dong Il offers its 2-die machines in automatic configurations: a 15-ton auto with 3-axis servo, gantry auto, lift-and-carry gantry auto and through-feed auto. Cinco also supplies dies and tooling for these machines. Machines are built to order, and lead time depends on the machine and configuration.
