The Saspi FR series are long-stroke form rolling machines designed for forming complex profiles. Three models cover thread diameters from 5 to 25 mm at up to 150 mm thread length: the FR4-60, FR5-70 and FR6-100.

Thread diameter is a minimum-maximum range in mm. Waterbury dimensions are as published by the manufacturer.
Choose by the largest diameter you roll. The FR4-60 handles 5 to 16 mm at 30 to 120 p/min on 35 kW. The FR5-70 handles 6 to 20 mm at 30 to 100 p/min on 43 kW. The FR6-100 handles 8 to 25 mm at 30 to 70 p/min on 50 kW. All three take thread lengths up to 150 mm. Machine weight rises from 10,700 kg to 24,000 kg across the range.
